Policy

Once the package has been received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for any lost or damaged packages. If this is the case you will need to contact United States Postal Service.

If it says that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, you will have to contact United States Postal Service. We do not hold responsibility for any packages that states that it has been delivered.

We are also not liable for any shipping addresses that have been entered incorrectly by the customer.

If you place your order before 5pm EST your order will be processed the same day.

If you place an order Saturday or Sunday your order will be processed the next business day due to our verification policy.

 

Verification Policy

We will do a payment verification with your bank. This is for your protection and our company's protection. This is within the 2 day processing. After the verification your hair will be sent out.

For any reason your payment cannot be verified, you will be notified of the reason and you will have 24 hours to fix the error. If the error is not fixed, your order will be cancelled.

 

Returns/Exchange Policy

Hair

We don’t accept returns for any reason. Exchanges only!

We can only exchange the hair if the hair doesn't have ANY signs of being worn. It has to be within 5 days of receiving the hair. The hair can NOT be worn, brushed, shampooed, fingered through, combed or cut. We can not exchange if the hair is not in the same condition as was sent. Give us a call at 404.229.4575, Mon-Fri., 9am-5pm EST., or email us at support@shopwithshawnadanae.com so we can start on the exchange process and our team will do the best we can to accommodate you.

 

Accessories

We don’t accept returns for any reason. Exchanges only!

We can exchange, but it has to be within 5 days of receiving the item. The item can NOT be worn. We can not exchange if the item is not in the same condition as was sent. You can exchange for anything else in our store, if you exchange for something more expensive you'll have to pay the new balance. If you exchange for something cheaper you'll receive a store credit. Beauty

We don’t accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances due to hygiene purposes.

 

Pickup Option

If you’re in the Atlanta area you can choose our pickup option at checkout. Make sure to leave your contact information so we can schedule a time and date for your items to be picked up. For any other questions regardeding our pickup option give us a call or email.
